Dr Pierre Justin Kouka
Executive Director
Dr Pierre Justin Kouka is a seasoned development practitioner with over 25 years' experience across international institutions, including the African Union, World Food Programme, African Development Bank, and IFAD. He has held senior advisory and managerial roles in policy, human and social development, and agriculture.
Dr Kouka holds a Ph.D. in agricultural economics from Auburn University, USA.
Amy Younger
Deputy Director
Amy Younger is an experienced civil servant with expertise in safeguarding and migration. She joins from the UK Home Office, where she led policy development to support migrant victims of domestic abuse.
She has also worked directly with senior ministers on high-level policy development and delivery. Amy holds a master's degree from Columbia University and has experience working at the United Nations on forced labour and sexual exploitation and abuse.
